The Houston Texans released their injury report for Thursday, Sept. 5 where they had two players not participate, while others with injuries were limited or practiced with full participation.
Those with full participation included starting running back Arian Foster, who is recovering from a calf injury. Foster didn’t play in a preseason game, but seems to be ready to start this Monday against the San Diego Chargers.
Also with full participation was wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins and inside linebacker Brian Cushing. Hopkins is recovering from a concussion and Cushing from an ACL tear last season.

Offensive tackle David Quessenberry (foot) and inside linebacker Darryl Sharpton (concussion) did not participate in practice.
Ed Reed (FS) and Wade Smith (G) were limited in practice with Reed having a hip injury and Smith recovering with a knee injury.
For the Chargers, rookie linebacker Manti Te’o did not participate, and those with full participation were: Malcolm Floyd (WR), knee; Corey Liuget (DE), shoulder; Johnny Patrick (CB), concussion; Eddie Royal (WR), chest/concussion; Brandon Taylor (S), knee and Shareece Wright (CB), chest.
