While it’s not official just yet, the NFL Network’s long and tedious list of ranking the league’s Top 100 players should feature two of the Texans’ top stars, J.J. Watt and Arian Foster this coming Thursday.

The NFL Network likes to drag out this list every year, not only so it can occupy a few headlines, but also create some talk as to who the very best players are in the league each year. This week, we’ll find out who is at the very top, and there’s every reason to believe that either Foster or Watt could be Top 5 material.

The Houston Chronicle has a breakdown of what the Network had to say on the two Texans players, but from a fan standpoint, perhaps no defensive player should be ranked higher than Watt at this point.
