As reported by AFC South Blogger Paul Kuharsky, the Texans are left with multiple scenarios, much may result in them not having a first round bye.
From ESPN Stats & Info, here are all the scenarios for the Texans on Sunday:
No. 1 seed
TEXANS: HOU win OR DEN loss + NE loss
No. 2 seed
TEXANS: HOU loss + DEN win + NE loss OR HOU loss + DEN loss + NE win
No. 3 seed
TEXANS: HOU loss + DEN win + NE win
Scenario 3 is possible as with a Denver win, they will be 13-3. With a Patriots win, they will be 12-4 like the Texans, but with a head to head tie breaker. With a first round bye and a home field advantage on the line, expect all starters on the field for the Colts and Texans
