How Much Will the Texans Show Tonight?

The Texans play against the Saints tonight for their second game of the preseason. They also play the Saints in the third week of the regular season. You have to wonder how much of their game plan the Texans will use tonight. Last preseason, everyone said beating the Cowboys was a must win even though the game didn’t matter. Sure the Texans beat them but the Cowboys were more than ready for them in the regular season. Maybe they should too much of their game plan in the preseason which allowed them to be more prepared once the games actually counted.

I would continue to look for progress on the defensive side of the ball. They need to carry the momentum from last week’s game to this week. They need to figure out how to do that. Maybe Texans’ fans will get their first look at Jonathan Joseph tonight to see how he impacts the secondary. Just remember, they are still a work in progress.
