Second year Houston Texans wide receiver, Dorin Dickerson, hooked up with NFL Scout Jayson Braddock to bring fans a weekly blog from Dickerson’s perspective at theXlog.com.
Dorin Dickerson will be bringing you his blog every week running the length of the entire season which should be a fun read and should give us fans an up close & personal look into the on field maturation that many expect Dickerson to make this year.
Dickerson really doesn’t offer up anything new this week from the NFL front, however Dickerson does provide a segue into arena football which could serve as a mediocre substitution while the current NFL Lockout is still ongoing.
If Jacoby Jones is re-signed by the Texans it still seems as if there could be a logjam at the number three wide receiver spot Which essentially could curtail Dickerson’s on the field progress.
Nonetheless we here at the Times expect Dickerson to breakout eventually. Although we anticipate Dorin Dickerson finally getting a chance to get playing time this year during the regular season we expect Dickerson to really break out next year which will be his third season in the NFL. And with an expected fewer number of receivers
on the team, that would be in Dickerson’s way, next year this seems the most logical of expectations.
